If I had a choice, I would design all web sites utilizing the process I developed with Y-ME. In a limited timeframe of three months from start to finish, I worked with Y-ME to determine both the needs of the organization and the people they serve. We did this using focus groups and surveys, then pulled the results together in a complete content and functionality analysis. From there a site map and page schematics were developed to ensure that our findings translated into a truly useful site.

Since the launch of the site, questions to Y-ME counselors have increased exponentially and users are now finding the breast cancer information they need quickly and easily. The design of the site prompted a re-branding of the entire organization, as well.
